In-home features include fully loaded kitchens, a full-size washer/dryer in each apartment, private entrances, balcony or patio with storage, and spacious closets. • We are a pet friendly community that allows a maximum of 2 animals per unit. Fees for pets include a $200 non-refundable pet fee, a $300 pet deposit, and a $50 monthly charge per pet. 
•  We have breed restrictions that include Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, German Shepard, Husky, Pitbull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Wolf Hybrids, and/or any mixes of these breeds.

• Yes. Fish tanks up to 20 gallons and caged birds are allowed with registration and management approval.

• We have free parking in unassigned parking spaces throughout the community. We also have Garage options for $100 or $125 per month. 

• We have a monthly utility fee that covers water, sewer, and trash of $50 or $75 depending on the unit chosen and we have a $45 required cable fee. All other utilities including renters’ insurance and NIPSCO services for gas and electric are paid separately to those individual providers.

• Application Fees include a $150 administrative fee, a $40 application fee per adult living in the unit, and a $300 hold deposit that will go towards your total security deposit at move-in.

• We do have an option for breaking your contract early that would come with a required fee of 2x your monthly rent with a 60-day notice or a fee of $2500 with a 30-day notice. You can also choose to keep your lease end date as signed and choose not to renew with a required 60-day notice at no extra charge.  

• We have mailboxes in the community for all units to access 24/7. Packages will arrive to your unit doors.
