Pet Policy

Cats and dogs will be accepted in pet-friendly locations with an additional deposit and an additional one-time, non-refundable pet fee along with monthly pet rent, per animal (maximum of two pets per apartment). Because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accept the following breeds, dogs resembling these breeds, or mixes of these breeds: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Sheppard, Pitt Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid. Our pet policy and fees do not apply to assist animals. Fish tanks up to 20 gallons and caged birds will be accepted if registered and approved by the management. Violations of this policy will result in fines as outlined in the lease contract.
