Fixed my dryer and went above and beyond

I am unsure of the gentleman’s name that came here yesterday to fix my dryer? He was great, he took proper covid precautions. And fixed what he came to fix and fixed it pretty fast! Thank you for the great service yesterday. (I am unsure of his name, he told me but I forgot. He was the mexican guy) :). I know there is two lol I’m sure u can see how came. Thanks again

New Resident at Prairie

Great place to live!

Some of the best staff I have ever dealt with. Maintenance is always fast, and resolves any issues while providing updates. Highly recommend!

Outstanding Service and Quality

The Reserve at Prairie Point has been an absolute pleasure living at. First off, the entire Weiss Entities team is courteous, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Additionally, the apartments themselves are gorgeous - granite and stainless steel appliances, very spacious rooms, in unit washer dryer, etc. Any outside work that I requested via a web form was completed within the same day. I am very impressed with the apartment and management and saddened that I have to be relocating out of the state for work. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Neighbors have also been wonderful. The community house also hosts many festivities and weekly volleyball for socializing.

Beautiful community

I was invited to be a vendor at one of Prairie Points events. I must say, even though I don't currently live here, what a great sense of community. So many happy residents, they had so much pride in where they were living. The office staff was so kind and friendly to me and all their residents, and it was wonderful to see them conversing outside of work and really getting along. It shows how much they care about the people who live here. When it comes time for a move, I certainly will be coming here. Thank you Prairie Point!!

Prairie Point

Open House

Attended Open House on Tuesday July 22,2014 for the Reserve at Prairie Point great showing. Friendly, professional staff. For luxury living The Reserve at Prairie Point is the place to live.

Great place to live

I love living here I use to lived here a couple of years ago and moved back this year, couldn't find a better place with the space layout. The office staff especially Denise Web is awesome!!
